Kuruvi is raising expectations at all levels and the music is already topping the charts. Moral brigade after Mallika Sherawat

After Shriya Saran, it is the turn of Mallika Sherawat to face the wrath of so-called guardians of Tamil culture over improper attire at a film function. On Thursday, Kanirajan, a young Hindu Makkal Katchi activist submitted a petition at the Periampet police station claiming that her dress and behaviour at an audio event hurt the sentiments of Tamils. “She sat cross legged on the stage where the chief minsiter was seated,” added the petitioner.
